hi ebay would like me used simply delivery, the item is free post, and i have my own stamps , but there is no option with that to click item despatch , does that mean i have to use ebay label

Every time i book a collection via royal mail on ebay, they never turn up, you get a email to say they tried to pick up but you were out, it is happening all the time , ebay should take this off , i have tried to use this 3 times and they never pick ...
