Is there a way to "send all" to messages?

Hi. My account was recently hacked and used to make hundreds of fraudulent sales. The hackers are now out of my account and I am back in, my account is temporarily suspended for safety. The problem is I have hundreds of messages. Enquiries, requests for refunds, cancellations etc.

Is there a way to send one message to ALL of these buyers at once? Kind of like a send all in email, so that I don't have to answer each one individually?

The hackers made over £5500 in small sales so there's a LOT of people waiting on action and answers.

Many thanks, I hope someone can help as it's a mess right now!

All the best, Jaq

Sorry to hear about your account being hacked, that's scary. Presumably you've worked out how that happened now?

How did the hackers plan to get paid for sales made on your account, did they manage to change your account registration name and bank details to match theirs?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to bulk send a message to all of those buyers.

When this sort of thing happens ebay usually send messages to all buyers to say account hacked and now suspended.   So they should be aware but you could contact ebay and ask them to check for you.  You can use callback on here:
