Is combined shipping still a thing or have they killed that too?

On my private account i am selling off some of my personal collection of rare 35mm slides. Being small and post able in padded envelopes it makes sense to allow combined shipping for buyers, i added the allow combining shipping option a while back maybe before SD came in. Yet now two customers have complained that they are trying to purchase multiple units and ebay are trying to charge individual full price postage on each item. Does anyone know how to change this? It doesn't seem an easy option to find now

Combining isn't working with Simple Delivery.  eBay are supposed to be fixing it but not succeeding yet.    For existing sales you could cancel/refund the transactions with buyer agreement and relist with the items all on one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.    For queries just end items early and relist on one listing.

It's a big issue for many, you are not alone.

Some sellers are leaving a message on their listing,  for example.....   ' If you wish to buy multiple items,  please let me know before buying,  I will relist them as one listing so only one postage cost is charged, combining postage is not currently possible. '
