Sold an item yesterday.
Money available for withdrawal.
On IPad Pro IOS - Fire up eBay applet.
Goto to accounts or selling page and try to enter bit where I can see balance and withdraw.
Asks me to login again via FaceId - passes and processes login …asks me passes faceId and processes login …asks me again …. Loop Loop.
ah let’s go traditional -
Into Safari - Fire up eBay desktop navigate to accounts page and a pop up appears asking me to conform my address (eBay have same address but with incorrect town and ask if I want ti change to that one). You then can’t exit pop up as there is no OK box at bottom 😆
Only way out is to kill off tab with eBay desktop page and popup….
next attempt …let’s try applet on my iPhone 👍
into eBay app ..selling …withdraw money option and ask to login 3 times via FaceID and finally lets me in to withdrawal page…
Maybe I need to delete the applet and reinstall on iPad Pro and iPhone ?
