You've sold 3 items same day, which listing is it?

The one for 360

Are you sure you've sent a reminder to the right buyer?
£221 would almost be correct for the £231.21 item if the buyer protection fee wasn't taken into account (£221 x 1.04) + 72p = £230.56. If the exact amount showing is £221.63 that would explain it.

This is wot it went for

this is wot i sent to remind to pay

Did you set the starting price as £210?
I'm pretty sure your buyer has never seen that £219.12 figure unless they were the first bidder. Well, not until you messaged them anyway.

But that message screenshot does show 219.12 at the top above the messages but the item title is for the 360.21 item? I can't see how the ebay computers would get the listings mixed up. Perhaps the OP has incorrectly invoiced 219.12 against the 360.21 item?

The item's starting price was £210.00. The BPF for £210.00 is £9.12, which gives a total of £219.12.
Neither of the OPs other two sales started at £210.00
So this confirms where the error is, but doesn't explain how it happened. I think OP will need to contact customer service for an answer to that.
As always, if trying to speak to someone in customer services, try early in the morning, a little after eight, for the best chance of speaking to someone in Dublin, who will be able to understand you, and may even be able to help.

My theory is the start bid was £210 ((210 x 1.04) + 72p = £219.12). I seem to remember if you sell an item from a multi-variation listing eBay shows the lowest price in the sales record even if the buyer chose a different variation that costs more. It could be that eBay is showing the starting bid to the seller rather than the winning bid which is what the buyer would be paying.

How did you manage to find that out? I was looking for the bid history but couldn't find it at all; i.e. I don't see the number of bids or anything like that on the sold listing page.

Did he win both? I find i have a prob with buyers buying and then buying another and only paying for the cheaper one

The OP's screenshot shows the £360.21 item at the top of the message window; the message therefore relates to that item.
I'm fairly certain the starting bid was £210.00 (£219.12 including the BPF). eBay will be charging the buyer the winning bid amount but the OP is being shown the starting bid amount when they message the buyer. As mentioned, I've seen something similar with multi-variation listings i.e. any push notifications, message headers etc. show me (the seller) the basic/lowest price even though the buyer selected a more expensive option and was charged correctly.
We just need the OP to confirm the starting bid they set on that item was £210.

Do you know what the buyer is seeing - are they able to complete checkout at the full price?

Thank you for confirming that.
Just to confirm eBay will be charging the full amount - £360.21 - to the buyer. You will receive £346.55 (or thereabouts) as £13.66 of the total the buyer paid was the buyer protection fee charged by eBay.
Only you saw that £219.12 figure at the top of the message window. When you entered £210.00 as the starting bid eBay automatically added their buyer protection fee of 4% + 72p for items under £300 so £219.12 was the actual starting bid. eBay has a terrible glitch where the seller is shown the starting bid in the sales record - this might be because the buyer has not actually paid yet. But when the buyer pays eBay will charge them the winning bid amount (£360.21).
The only issue you might have is the message you sent the buyer who might now expect to only be paying £219.00...

I think you just have to say that hopefully they can see the correct item price and let you know if there are any problems completing checkout. Then wait to see if they pay.

I eventually found it. I hadn't seen the "11 bids" link as on my desktop it is immediately following the BPF link using exactly the same font and colour giving the impression there is just one link for the BPF. I now know where to look in future!
