That option is there,  for all to see , just not who has actually bought the item.

Think sold items for viewing,  are there for up to 90 days.

And no, there is no way of doing so.  If you don't want people to see, then it's a case of don't sell on here.

I personally dont care ..it was just a discussion a group of us were having..just wanted to know if possible

Not possible.

It's a good way to see what an item may be worth if someone is selling something similar.  And although they are only supposed to be visible for 90 days I've seen some that are much older.
