How to initiate payouts from the website?

From today, the apps are now unusable for me on both iOS and android.

However,  going to “payments” on the website, I’m unable to initiate a payout — clicking on “manage seller preferences” at the bottom of the “payments” page does nothing. The “link” doesn’t work.

My funds now appear to be locked within eBay.

That’s the “payments” page. As I stated,  there are no “links” that go anywhere on that page. I’ve tried clicking on “manage seller preferences”, it does nothing. No r can I even “edit” or “manage”  my “cards and accounts”. All are dead.

Okay, it was a browser issue. Thanks for responding. I should have tried a different browser before posting. 🤦🏻
