I am trying to get some details on previous items I have sold on eBay, but there does not appear to be an obvious way to do this.
The sort of info I am looking for is when, opening bid price and sold bid price
Does anyone have any suggestions, please?
Thanks

Sold items remain for a maximum of 90 days on the Seller Hub, then those items are removed.
You can though, request all information of past transactions using a ' freedom of information request'. This takes a few days to complete.
If you add into Google... Request Personal Data / eBay, this will bring up a help page how to proceed.

That's why we are here ! 😁
The sold items from 90 days is easy enough to find, but for historic items as there's simply no room to hold millions of details any longer than 90 days per member, it can take a wee time longer to achieve.

Here you are: Requesting your personal data | eBay. There's a submit link on that page.

Oh how odd, others have found it's brought up years of transactions. Did a link on that page not bring up the following?

If you keep all your emails, you should have at least two from eBay for each listing. The first is currently titled "XXX has been listed" with the start date/time and price, and a sold item generates another which now says "You made the sale for XXX" with ending date/time and price. The wording may vary with older sales, but you get the idea.

I can see everything on my 'Manage All Orders' page.
Try this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
And note that there's a dropdown where you can select 'This year' or 'Last year' or 'Custom' (I don't know how far back that custom one goes).
I don't understand why nobody has previously given this advice. Am I getting some special display?

I did try this but i am not sure I have linked to the "Seller hub" as I see thinning that gives me the option to extend the search past 90 days??
Thanks for your reponse.

I think Seller Hub is something that you opt in to. Private sellers can use it but it is designed with business use in mind. Some people like it (I do), some people hate it. It is possible to opt out if you don't like it.

@jowill_3982: If you still haven't got the information you want try a Freedom Of Information Request. eBay may be a law unto themselves, but they still have to comply with the laws of the land...

I'm a private seller as well. I guess at some point I must have opted into the Seller Hub. I don't particularly like the seller hub page itself (I only use it to see how many listings I've used up this month), but I use other pages, such as the one I linked to, a lot (and hadn't realised it might be dependant on my using the seller hub). I don't see why ebay would make such a dependancy, but this is ebay-land.

Interesting I had a call back from eBay however the sum total of their response was
1. I cannot see any sales history back further than 90 days
2. I cannot raise a Freedom of information request
3. I raised an official complaint and they do not allow members to view the progress of this complaint???

Mmmm , we all know one can get different answers from different CS agents, and telling you you cannot raise a Freedom of information request is not correct.
Do you think you spoke to the Philippines call centre? If you contact CS now, there's more chance of Dublin answering I would advise trying again but only speak to Dublin.
Dublin usually answer first thing when the lines first open, use this link and try again now:
