GSP parcel arrived at UK hub, stuck there over a week ..  pants event !

10 days and counting !

how can i chase this up ?

considering GSP is a complete rip off to buyers, always slow, 

this latest looks like the worst .... pants experience from GSP

I had a gsp item sit at the hub for 8 days before it moved. Arrived on the 4th, stayed there until the 12th. Left the uk on a plane on the 14th, and is finally out for delivery in the States today.

I've just checked for you, and the order in question is still within the estimated delivery date offered to the buyer, so this wouldn't be considered to be delayed as of yet. Please note that because this is a GSP order, if the item doesn't arrive, or is delivered late, you won't need to worry about that, as we will take care of that for you.

In terms of funds, I can see that the funds of the transaction are not being held, and are available to you, so no issues here.
