Digital Reporting - 30 sales threshold

Hi,

could someone please confirm if refunded items are included in the 30 sales reporting threshold for HMRC?

I understand cancelled orders are not but I'm unclear about refunded items

If the refund is for a cancelled order or a returned order then it wouldn't be counted:
