Cost of postage is missing from desktop/app listing tool - get quote from postage provider website

Both app and desktop listing tools no longer advise on postage cost. They seem to be giving prices for Royal Mail, but Evri and Yodel are both missing any pricing structure. I have to go to the provider website for prices, or rely on my memory.

Is this the case going forward?

I've just got an update on this, and this is not a new update or anything like that, so this will not be the case going forward. I've confirmed that this is a bug, and it will be resolved shortly. 

So, if this is still happening to you by Monday, please let me know and I'll take a further look for you no problem.

No, it's not fixed
Thank you for looking into this:

- a couple like Evri has the price but the rest is missing in the dropdown list
- Yodel 24, DPD, RM, Fed Ex Evri - weight choices & prices - missing
- Evri is only showing choices for 0-1kg weight
- Evri Postable - no price

- Yodel only shows 1-2 kg with price (Yodel 24 and 48 - no weights or prices)

In any case whatever you choose the price does not autofill the "buyer pays" field.

There are no choices for weights e.g. 2-5kg / 5-10kg etc.
