Packlink via Ebay Claims pending for over a month- Any suggestions

I have number of Packlink claims via ebay pending. Courier used was Yodel. Been in touch with the courier bu they saying speak to Packlink.  Packlink has no contact details and they are not responding to any of the updates via email or chat. 

Please can someone advise what to do in this case.

With no activity showing on this account, eBay will not be interested --- (about another account ??).   Google Packlink website/s.

If you buy postage on enay through packlink you have to claim through Packlink,  which is notoriously difficult.
