New payment rules

I have been a loyal eBay seller & buyer for over 20 years & for me this new system is simply crazy, the tracking system is slow & often not up-dated so the end result is no funds for my goods sold in good faith. Out of pocket on shipping costs, my items sent in good faith & now out of pocket for those also.  On top of that increasing buying costs by forcing extra fees on the items for buyer protection ?  Who ever came up with these ideas really needs to think about what they have done because for me this could well put an end on what has been a fairly good relationship with eBay very soon. I am sure I am not alone, is this a good bye or not

For the amount of pottery you list you may want to upgrade to a Business account on ebay then you will avoid all the private selling changes and buyer protection fees.

Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

You can keep your existing listings as a private seller
