eBay

eBay have been asking me to update payment details.  When I try and do this, I hit a problem because the name on my eBay account is not the same as my bank account (I have a joint bank account.)  I can't change my eBay account name to joint names.  At the moment the monthly direct debits for fees are going through as normal on the joint bank account.  eBay ask for my details to be updated by 2nd July but I just don't know what to do.  Any thoughts? ... HI there, I'm relatively new to this game, so need all the help I can get, please! I am selling some items for charity and have been sending the money I earn directly to said charity.  Ebay have invoiced me and I have replied saying that I've already paid.  I know I aren't doing it correctly, but I need to recoup my postage costs before paying the money over. Another thing I don't understand - Ebay have pushed me into having my 'takings' paid into my bank rather than into PayPal and yet they want me to pay my charity invoices via PayPal, when there is now absolutely no money in there! On completion of auction, buyer failed to pay within 4 days and did not respond to messages. Item has now been relisted but the same time waster has started to rebid again. Checked their feedback, listed as 100percent positive, but when you read comments this seems a rcurring issue. Because item was relisted, dispute resolution centre will not let me leave any feedback. Recently I sold a phone that had a cracked screen. It was clearly shown on the pictures and mentioned in the description.   The buyer after purchasing tried to cancel the order but eBay auto declined as it had been posted. After receving the item, the buyer opened a case claiming it has a cracked screen (which was already mentioned) and has now opened a case.   Judging by online posts, eBay doesn't often side with the seller but in this case I have fulfilled all my duties. Does anyone know how to deal with a seller putting you on a "Blocked buyer" list. I have contacted them directly and stated my case and disappointment, however they refuse to change their mind. They cannot even remember why they did it! However I do. It was because I arranged a return through eBay for a fault  (Hole) in a garment I had bought! I had never had to do this before ever! I was sent a terse email by them for doing this but they refunded me. I didn't leave negative feedback and apologised for the action. I just followed what the screen said. Now they an online shop will not allow me to buy.  This is grossly unfair. This would never happen on normal retail. Hi community experts I was wondering if you could help to check my rights on an item I never received as a buyer on ebay. The seller provided tracking info which was always showing as "on its way" or "with the courier" Hermes. I was given a message stating that they couldn't access my property and subsequently the item was missing. The problem was the picture of the property and map shown was a different address from mine. Hermes later stated that the item was "lost in transit". I informed the seller and requested a refund as its all taken 2 weeks to get here: she's refused and told me it's all my fault. Hi,    How do I change the paypal account on eBay? I have clicked to update but nothing happens. When I click to unlink the old email address it justy takes me to my purchases page.   Ive tried to call eBay but like most other companies they cant be bothered to take calkls they just have an automated message saying to use the help pages.   Im trying to list things to sell but cant until I get this sorted, so any help is appreciated 😄  ...
