Recently I sold a phone that had a cracked screen. It was clearly shown on the pictures and mentioned in the description.
The buyer after purchasing tried to cancel the order but eBay auto declined as it had been posted.
After receving the item, the buyer opened a case claiming it has a cracked screen (which was already mentioned) and has now opened a case.
Judging by online posts, eBay doesn't often side with the seller but in this case I have fulfilled all my duties. What should I do next?
Yes sorry but you will have to Accept the Return. Ebay support the Buyer as they are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

A major problem you have is that your buyers have virtually unlimited rights because you are a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.
