Hi community experts
I was wondering if you could help to check my rights on an item I never received as a buyer on ebay.
The seller provided tracking info which was always showing as "on its way" or "with the courier" Hermes.
I was given a message stating that they couldn't access my property and subsequently the item was missing.
The problem was the picture of the property and map shown was a different address from mine.
Hermes later stated that the item was "lost in transit".
I informed the seller and requested a refund as its all taken 2 weeks to get here: she's refused and told me it's all my fault.
Is she right to withhold my money?
