eBay help pages state... You can always find your selling limit in Seller Hub, here's how: Go to the Overview - opens in new window or tab tab of Seller Hub. Scroll down and find the Monthly limits section to view your current limit.   .... great info except for the fact that there is no 'Monthly limits' section on the Overview page!   Could anyone tell me where I might find this info please? ... Hi - any advice on what I do next please .... I do not want to make myself vulnerable to dispatching and refund claim due to cancellation.    The buyer accepted the offer. As the "sold" email came through the buyer address was non-UK and all my postage is restricted to UK only so I cancelled and messaged and advised the buyer I don't post to US please don't pay and I will cancel etc.   Then they paid and asked for UK delivery address - which is showing on the postal address. So the US one must have been a "registered address" as I've also been charged international fees too.   With it being both "Cancelled" and "paid". Opened an Ebay email tonight to find a seller has stated that I've not paid for an item so cancelled the sale despite me collecting it several days ago and paying cash on collection! Yes I know why they've done it but seems there's no way to challenge it at Ebay and I've got a warning about if it happens to many times etc. Well frankly sellers often cancel the sales after they get cash on collection but it's usually a cancellation rather than buyer didn't pay ie my fault. Any suggestions on how I stop getting any more of these as I don't want my account penalised as I'm a regular buyer? Thanks      ... View more

I just keep going around in circles, I contaced the seller after a week when I hadn't received the item.  The seller has never got in touch.  I reported the item not arrived, but because the seller didn't respond after a few weeks, the case was closed.   So I am now left out of pocket with no item either 😞 ...
