Hello there, I hope someone can help me. I have been trying for months to access my Nectar points but I keep getting the message "We had trouble connecting to Nectar. Please try again later." Any ideas please on how I can access this. I have spoken to Nectar themselves and they said they would alert eBay to the problem but so far I have not heard back and that was over a month ago.
Remove & relink Nectar card, solves issue.
As said, use PC.
Using a PC/Laptop, check > Nectar on eBay < ... often unable to access using Apps/Phones.
