Buyer wants me to post to 3rd party shipping

I've had several problems when I've posted to Aramex in Slough. So sent a polite note and refund to her explaining I can only send to a verified residential address. She is now being very unpleasant. Do I have any recourse?

As long as you post tracked to buyers address supplied by ebay you are covered.

Not unusual to post to shipping company.

If there is an issue, you only have to supply return postage label from this address, not any non UK address.

Do not send if requested in message.
