Does anyone know how to deal with a seller putting you on a "Blocked buyer" list. I have contacted them directly and stated my case and disappointment, however they refuse to change their mind. They cannot even remember why they did it! However I do. It was because I arranged a return through eBay for a fault (Hole) in a garment I had bought! I had never had to do this before ever!
I was sent a terse email by them for doing this but they refunded me. I didn't leave negative feedback and apologised for the action. I just followed what the screen said. Now they an online shop will not allow me to buy. This is grossly unfair. This would never happen on normal retail.
Ideas as what to do as I feel ebay should know about their actions and not following the ebay rules and ethos!
