Hi I sd my car on  here as an MOT failure. It was priced extremely reasonably and was snapped up within seconds. Almost a week later a couple of days before the buyer was due to pick it up he gave back word. I relisted it but still got charged the original listing fee and a new on. The car sold again and ebay in their wisdom think the car has been sold numerous times and charged me a percentage of the final figure for 2 sales. Here's the catch, the buyer is now messing me about again, not coming to pick it up and pay, just keeps fobbing me off with "I need to arrange a lift". E BAY keep sending me emails about my account but do not allow any option to reply to them .Spent over 2 hours trying to talk to someone . Phone line is totally automated and tells you to use their web site. Website does not give the option to resolve the issue. WHY DO EBAY TREAT UK CUSTOMERS SO BADLY. e.g. they give United States and Canadian customers the option to get a call back but not UK customers. I have always put my Sold items in the Deleted Item Folder, This helped me to Organise my Sold Folder. Plus it help to Reduce the amount sold on the account for that sold period,  Also helped me give buyers Feedback when they Received their  Purchase. Now as this Folder has been taken off my account, it is Frustrating trying to find my sold item.  I am having to find my Leave Feedback to find my items. Hi All, first time posting on forum so please be gentle with me but having massive mis givings with the new Ebay Payments Management system and was just wondering if anybody else is finding it hard going. Just been charged an International selling tax for an item bought by somebody registered with Ebay in Thialand, listing stated postage only to UK and buyer gave a UK address to send item to. I asked eBay why the price I paid for an item and the price on the invoice was different. Stacey from eBay sent me a mail, a query reference number and a request for more information. I provided the exact information she requested. I waited for nearly two weeks and had no response. I sent a reminder over a week ago. I have heard nothing. I want to return an item to the seller however when I took the item in the same packaging to a post office with the label generated by ebay, I was told that the payment didnt cover the weight of the item which they said was over 2kg. So I have contacted the seller who said I need to contact ebay because they generate the post office returns labels. I tried to do this but can't find a way of contacting them so decided to cancel the return as a last resort to then start the returns process again. However, now it won't allow me to do this and says I have closed the returns process. How can I set up a return again? And how can I contact ebay directly about this please? ... View more

Hi All    I brought an item from a reseller called Guarenteed 4 less (should have know) product workerd fine for about 4 weeks then suddenly no power. Contact reseller parts were sent out which i had to fix, still no luck. Anyway they will not refund and i'm expected to pay for returns delivery. Said i wasn't happy and i would leave feedback accordingly, now i cannot access their shop to leave feedback? Surely this is against any consumer rights? I recently sold an item for a friend and it went for just over £100 which was a bargain price. It was brand new, never opened and cost around £250+ The buyer decided it was not as he thought and eBay agreed to a refund,  I tried to sought this but the buyer was adamant he wanted a refund.  I have never had to refund someone before and suddenly I got a notice saying he declined my offer and  I had to give the money back. I  therefore did this and to date have not received the item back. I have contacted the buyer and he said that he received a note saying I did not want them back and the refund went through,  I have never sent a note saying that so is this something ebay just do? He has said they are no longer new as he is using the item. I have asked him to return them he won't and he won't give me any money for them.
