I asked eBay why the price I paid for an item and the price on the invoice was different. Stacey from eBay sent me a mail, a query reference number and a request for more information. I provided the exact information she requested. I waited for nearly two weeks and had no response. I sent a reminder over a week ago. I have heard nothing. I cannot find anything on the site which shows how to complain about eBay's lack of response.
There is no Complaints Department unfortunately. The extra Cost could be 20% VAT If you bought from a Seller who is Registered outside of the UK.
I see that you did Buy from the US in the last month.
