Seller help!

Hi All

I brought an item from a reseller called Guarenteed 4 less (should have know) product workerd fine for about 4 weeks then suddenly no power. Contact reseller parts were sent out which i had to fix, still no luck. Anyway they will not refund and i'm expected to pay for returns delivery. Said i wasn't happy and i would leave feedback accordingly, now i cannot access their shop to leave feedback? Surely this is against any consumer rights? I need to let others know to avoid this reseller! Any advise?

eBay does not get involved in warranty issues.

The eBay guarantee lasts up to 30 days beyond the delivery date.

The PayPal MBG lasts for 180 days (about 6 months) but again is not a warranty.

Any responsibility now rests with the seller directly. Trading Standards or Citizens Advice may help you if the seller is a business seller.

If the seller is a private one, no warranty is implied. The civilian Courts may help as the last resort, but it may not be cost-effective. If the seller is abroad there is little (if anything) you can do.

Threatening to leave negative feedback for something not covered by the eBay MBG (warranty issues) is against eBay policy and can damage your account.
