Selling a car

Hi I sd my car on  here as an MOT failure. It was priced extremely reasonably and was snapped up within seconds. Almost a week later a couple of days before the buyer was due to pick it up he gave back word. I relisted it but still got charged the original listing fee and a new on. The car sold again and ebay in their wisdom think the car has been sold numerous times and charged me a percentage of the final figure for 2 sales. Here's the catch, the buyer is now messing me about again, not coming to pick it up and pay, just keeps fobbing me off with "I need to arrange a lift". Ebay has taken the money out of my account but I haven't exactly sold the car, let alone twice. Can anyone help me out with this please?

Had the 2 Buyers Paid? You should have Cancelled both Sales from the Actions Drop Down menu selecting Buyer Requested Cancellation. You would then have only been charged the Listing Fees. Which is Non Refundable. 

If they hadn't Paid after 5 Calendar Days you should have Cancelled the Transactions using "Buyer hasn't Paid" in the Seller Hub. Your Selling Fees would then have been Credited back to your Seller Account.

 Add them to your Blocked Bidders List.
