if i cant warn others regarding bad sellers, then i'm going to amazon. even if prices are a little higher, i can talk to amazon reps and have difficulties irned out quickly instead of arguing with bad sellers and being ripped off. goodbye to bad rubbish

Clearly you have failed to read eBay's buyer protection or rules.

You cannot call-out other members on these boards, but you can open a case to get your money back.
