I want to return an item to the seller however when I took the item in the same packaging to a post office with the label generated by ebay, I was told that the payment didnt cover the weight of the item which they said was over 2kg. So I have contacted the seller who said I need to contact ebay because they generate the post office returns labels. I tried to do this but can't find a way of contacting them so decided to cancel the return as a last resort to then start the returns process again. However, now it won't allow me to do this and says I have closed the returns process. How can I set up a return again? And how can I contact ebay directly about this please?
