Good afternoon all. I'm looking everywhere on eBay and not finding a way to resolve my issue for an item nearly a year old that has become faulty, with an advertised two year warranty. I bought the item (PIR floodlamp) on 31/05/20 which became faulty less than a year old, and as stated the item is still listed as having a 2 year warranty. I contacted the seller on 24/05/21 and after seeing pics they agreed to send out a replacement. I have since sent two further messages requesting an update and when I can expect it, and for the last fortnight I have had no reply and the seller is ignoring me, and has even blocked any further purchase. I have tried finding another option with eBay to step in, but it appears they are uninterested in anything more than 30 days old, and I'm struggling to find anywhere were I can just simply contact eBay to help (they don't make it easy do they). I've reported the seller to eBay, but the message after states basically thanks for contacting and you won't hear about the outcome! I just want help from eBay and for them to step in whilst a seller is in breach of a warranty. I'm sorry if this is a repetative question, but any help or pointer would help, even if just out of principle, as eBay is meant to be a safe place for buyers. Many thanks, Ken
