I ordered 2 items for click & collect, only when I received email with barcode for collection, it wasn't the item the barcode claimed. Now it says I've collected the item that hasn't turned up yet, and haven't received the item I have. Will they send me an email barcode when this turns up, or will they decide not to as it appears on the system that it's already been collected? Hate the idea that it could be sitting there waiting for me to collect it, only for me to be unable to do so without a barcode.
