I purchase an item from an Ebay seller in November 2020. The seller stated that the item had a three year warranty. The item is now broken and beyond use. I have messaged the seller (they are still an active Ebay trader) three times requesting that they contact me re the warranty they provided. I have not received any reply. Which means I now have a dispute with the seller.
My question is, as I cannot see any topic in the “contact us” page in the Help section to deal with this circumstance, can anyone point me to the appropriate channel with which to request Ebay to intervene?

I'm sorry but ebay's deadline for dealing with claims is 30 days. Paypal's is 180 days but that's passed too. Neither get involved with warranties. Your only possibility is if you used your credit card, with or without Paypal, ring your card company and see if they can help.
