Buyer fraud - They finally paid, received item, said they'd received the item, Parcel2Go said they'd

Parcel2Go said they'd delivered the item. Simple - everyone happy? No. The buyer sent me about 12 messages, sometimes 5 in one day. First could I sent it today (Sunday), even though they hadn't paid! I held on until I could see the money in my bank. They asked for a discount because the courier cost was £10. I actually had to pay £11 in the end. I reported them to Ebay, asked them to check out their buyer history as things seemed very unusual with this buyer and they were trying to haggle after winning by bidding. Ebay were looking into it. In the meantime I was getting hassled daily by the buyer. I reported another issue. Ebay would look into it. Never did Ebay come back to me on either enquiry. So, the item arrives and thank God it was tracked. A week later, I get a message to say that they buyer has opened a payment dispute with their bank as they didn't "recognise" the transaction.....?? Really? I had to send the tracking number. Now I find that they BUYER has been reimbursed the FULL amount and gets to keep the "unrecognised" item!! If this isn't fraud, EBAY Resolution Centre, then what is? These people are working the system. There is NO-ONE to talk to on EBAY and not all topics relate to this case. I did not lose money thank God. I did get charged VAT for some reason and I am not VAT registered and haven't sold enough to need to pay Tax. But honestly it makes me so angry that people are getting away with this and there is no help. I have removed all of my items for sale now and will never sell on Ebay ever again.
