Problem with eBay transaction - Paypal payment or eBay sale confirmation emails not recieved

In the last day I sold an Netgear wireless internet range extender (item number 154398258200).

My eBay dashboard is showing the item as sold and paid for, but, I haven't received:

1) An eBay sale confirmation email

2) A Paypal 'You've got funds' email

3) Actually received any funds from the buyer

However, the buyer is showing the Paypal payment as having gone through.

I'm going around and around in cicles treying to use the online automated options eBay has for resolving problems and going nowhere! They actually don't seem to have an option that fits this situation.

Can't find a phone number to call eBay either and speak with an actual person to get this sorted out.

Can someone at eBay help - your options for dealing with this actual problem don't exist. Also, both myself and the buyer have been in contact with Paypal and they;ve diagnosed this as a problem with/in the eBay system.

You are on eBay Managed Payments,remember when you gave them your bank details?

Paypal are no longer inolved in receiving sellers payments they are sent to eBay who remove their fees and send the balance to your bank account,this normally takes between 2-4 days for the first few payments.
