I'm returning a sofa because it's awful. It came in 4 boxes, which are obviously fairly large (I can fit 2 of 4 in the car in one go). I went through the return item process, selecting the Collect+ option. I received the email including the printout to go both inside and outside the box. However, according to the label, the item is one single box which ways less than 2kg. I tried printing 4 copies, one for each box, and checked with the Collect+ stop near me, but they said they can't take it like that because a)the label(s) is wrong and b)they only take small parcels I've trawled ebay's help pages for 20 minutes but can't find anything relevant. Hi. I have a problem searching ebay for "Freestyle Libre 2 Sensor".  This is a specific sensor device and there are some listed. The search results contain hundreds of listing for "adhesive patches" that can be stuck over the sensors, but these are not filtered out when you click the "glucose sensor" in the refinement panel.  Clearly a sticky label is not a sensor.  Can anything be done about all these erroneous listings or is there another way to screen out the rubbish?/   Also, listed are "Freestyle Optimum test strips".  It looks like the seller is edging theor bets by listing them as "Freestyle Libre 2 Test Strips".  Clearly the descition on the product does not say this, but again it adds to the noise.   The only way I have found of filtering is to put a price range in; but too low and you get a lot of "noise"; too high and you miss some great deals.   It looks like a recent thing, but it is bad.  I've found a product.  I'm wathcing it. I will buy at full price from Abbott directly next time to save myself the hassle if it can get a better searhc result.   Any ideas? Many ta.   ... View more

I listed an item over a year ago with little interest. After recognizing a small Paypal charge today, I dug into it a little more and found that I did have a buyer in May 2021 only to have not received any messages for them or eBay alerting me of my successful sale.  The money from the buyer has been refunded but I've still been charged. I bought item from India listed for 50 pounds and the seller give me the option to make offer, so i put offer 41 pounds, so he accepted the offer, and it show that i have to pay 41 pounds, but on the check out it ask me to pay the full amount of 50 pounds not 41 as agreed. First purchase on ebay and unaware that I needed to provide a collection code to the seller when collecting an item. Seller has now requested 6 digit code for an item collected 1 month ago.
