You never post an item until it has been paid

If you are on the Managed payments then ebay will tell you it has paid and to post

If you are not then the money would be in paypal

Have you checked paypal and/or Payments on the seller hub?.

If it is not paid then ebay will send reminders for 4 full days and on the 5h day you can cancel the sale

Or ebay may

You get your fees back and can relist

You really need to be careful that you do not get scammed here

High value phones and new sellers are a scammers target on ebay

DO not give your email address to anyone as you may get fake emails saying they have paid

Do not post that item 1st class as it must go next day with the appropriate postage or you risk losing your phone and the money

As a new seller your money may be on the 21 days hold for all new sellers

Make sure any tracking is on the item in your Sold section so you may get your money earlier

It really is not a good idea for a new member to sell a high value item before learning how to use ebay

You appear to be a new seller and as you are trying to sell high-value items, that would make you a magnet for scammers.

Do not send the items unless you are sure you have been paid.

Scammers often email new sellers directly.

Genuine messages from eBay saying you have been paid and to send the item, will be in your eBay messages, not just your own personal email inbox.

The item you have sold is a high-value item and you should arrange the correct postage to cover insurance in the event of damage or loss of the item.

Royal Mail Special Delivery should be used and you should add the tracking to the listing.
