I listed an item over a year ago with little interest. After recognizing a small Paypal charge today, I dug into it a little more and found that I did have a buyer in May 2021 only to have not received any messages for them or eBay alerting me of my successful sale.
The money from the buyer has been refunded but I've still been charged. Can anyone give me any advise whether I might be able to appeal this charge please?
