Hi 

I bought a leisure battery 6 mouths ago

With 4 years warranty and only start to use it 3 weeks ago now it's faulty keep going flat with nothing on.

the company said I overcharged it without offering to test.

it what can I do?

Sorry,  no the battery is 6 months old and a 4 year warranty it is a business on ebay

And they are just saying I overcharged it.

But I changed it with a smart charger that turns off at the right voltage.

Nothing you can do here. Neither Ebay or PayPal offer any Warranties. You may have some Consumer Rights if a Business Seller. You could check that out through Citizens Advice on line.
