I have paid for an item, via debit card. It has debited my account but the seller has not received the funds so will not desptach. Seller says ebay refuse to assist. I believe he is genuine, what can we do?
It is mor likely the se;ler has moved to Managed Patyments & that means they have to wait 48 hours for payment to clear then 1-4 days to reach their bank account
