I bought item from India for 50 pounds and the seller aske me to pay more

I bought item from India listed for 50 pounds and the seller give me the option to make offer, so i put offer 41 pounds, so he accepted the offer, and it show that i have to pay 41 pounds, but on the check out it ask me to pay the full amount of 50 pounds not 41 as agreed.

I contacted the seller said it is 41 pounds plus 20% VAT for UK customs

So I need help to sort out the price to pay to the seller

That sounds correct. You will be charged 20% VAT for Buying outside the UK. You could also be Charged for any Currency Exchange Rate.
