Ebay have passed our dispute to Paypal.  The seller responded on Paypal that he would send the item, an email was sent to him by me, and all the emails have been ignored.  This item was ordered a month ago, his response to Paypal was that he didnt realise someone had ordered on his account.  **bleep**.  Now Ebay and Paypal have closed the dispute and we´re still waiting for the item.  Honestly.  I thought ebay and Paypal were to be trusted.  How does one resolve this issue. ... Hi I wonder if someone can help,  I can't seem to contact eBay it just keeps going back in the loop to the same list of functions that aren't helping me whatsoever! so in a nutshell I've had to return an item to the seller because the item looks counterfeit/damaged  - they have sent me a return label but today the parcel been sent back to me and Royal mail have said that the address is incorrect or doesn't exist! I've logged onto eBay and I'm unable to send an email to the seller to advise them of what to do next , when I click onto the item it's been removed by eBay saying it could've been a possible violation  - not sure what to do now? ... Last night I was able to produce and print off a perfect UK VAT invoice to include in the parcel. Today this facility has gone!! No invoice creation, just a new page from the drop-down - reading 'Print Packing Slip and more' with a selection of packing slip / order receipt etc. with no ability to add an individual invoice number, VAT number etc. etc. I have spoken to Customer Services who knew nothing about it and clearly could not help. Hi everyone,so I happily accepted a return from a customer,totally my fault as I listed the wrong size. So today I recieve a message saying the item has been returned to me and has been signed for by SMITH.  I haven't recieved the item back and my name is no where close to Smith. I purchased an item from a seller whose communications have been franky aweful.   Ultimately the seller agreed the item was faulty and offered a full refund (even told me the refund had been processed.   3 weeks on and nothing.   The item was a small hdmi splitter and the seller offered refund without need to return item. As such I binned the broken item when they said the refund had been actioned.   Now they are saying thay cannot refund me as I didn't pay via PayPal and they cannot refund direct to my card used as my eBay payment option - sounds totally dodgy to me!   However, now they ask me to initialte an eBay return!   I want to create a case against this seller as it's clear from this experiance (and looking back at some negative feedback) that this is something they do to people when the items they send are faulty or not upto standard.   Any help - please. ...
