Hi everyone,so I happily accepted a return from a customer,totally my fault as I listed the wrong size. So today I recieve a message saying the item has been returned to me and has been signed for by SMITH.
I haven't recieved the item back and my name is no where close to Smith. Also didn't have a card through my letterbox either. What can I do?
