Hi  Could anybody please tell me if an item I have bought through Global Shipping Programme from USA could have been despatched yet if the seller hasn't marked it as despatched or entered any tracking info? (i.e. Is this the same as when we buy items within the UK in as much as if the tracking number isn't entered by the seller the item could just turn up?)  I was under the impression that if you buy something through the GSP then the system would link and automatically send me updates, but does this rely on the seller entering the initial tracking info?  even though I purchased 10 days ago the item isn't yet marked as despatched and the seller is not answering me.  I can't find any information about this in the help pages and the auto assistant can't answer the question. Hi is it possible for anyone to help me please? i recently sold 2 items to two different customers but when trying to download the buyers details, my tablet wouldn't let me. So i repeatedly tried but now instead of paying for two different postages from ebay, they've taken 6 payments of 0.96p. how can I get this back? Can anyone advise me? As a new seller, I had several items "on hold" as they'd been blocked for 30 days. I had created the listings and they were saved in my Drafts at the bottom of my selling list. Much time had been spent on this, adding photos and all the description, details etc. Now I'm ready to try them again but the drafts have disappeared.  How do I get them back please? JW ... Hi, my account was hacked last week and I reported it as soon as the fraudster ordered from my account. It was paid for on my husband's saved card and I'm struggling to get a refund for him. His bank have now frozen his card and is issuing a new one. The eBay help pages just keep sending me round in circles and the seller can't do anything outside of eBay ( quite rightly).
