Last night I was able to produce and print off a perfect UK VAT invoice to include in the parcel. Today this facility has gone!! No invoice creation, just a new page from the drop-down - reading 'Print Packing Slip and more' with a selection of packing slip / order receipt etc. with no ability to add an individual invoice number, VAT number etc. etc. I have spoken to Customer Services who knew nothing about it and clearly could not help. I anyone else having this problem? TiA
