Trying to buy steak knives

Hi, 

I'm trying to buy some steak knives and cutlery on ebay but it won't allow me to bid on them.

I followed all the suggested information on ebays help area but none of it's worked. I've changed my payment method to a credit card and everything. If anyone else is having trouble with it and fixed it could you please tell me how you managed it?
