Hi. I'm struggling to send feedback. It say there is an issue, close the window and try again. I've attempted a few times over the last two weeks with no success. eBay automated help is useless and I cannot get ANY help from anywhere on the eBay site! Im trying to return an item to the seller under their warranty. the seller has agreed to the return but the window for generating a return using ebay system is past there is no way to do a return  i cant find any way to contact ebay customer help to get them to open the return window on the auction and the seller keeps asking me to do the return via ebay returns process.   help! its an iphone that is 3mths old, refurbished 1yr warranty and the battery has failed. so its not cheap. ... I bought two jackets on ebay, a white and black. Both were too small so I returned both. I could only get one shipping label so the return was made on the whole purchase. I stated both jackets were being returned. Got a refund today but for only one jacket. To make matters worse, ebay had the nerve to state my return was complete.
