Where do I turn?
I have purchased an item and paid with credit card. Seller says that Ebay have credited wrong account. I have no options to contact ebay.
Take no notice of the seller
Check your Purchase history and it should show Paid
Just wait until one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing and if you dont receive it then you open a not received dispute in the resolutino centre at the bottom of the page.
You escalate it after a full 3 days.
the option only appears then
You get all your money back
The seller is probably on the managed payments and does not know how it works
