Ebay have passed our dispute to Paypal. The seller responded on Paypal that he would send the item, an email was sent to him by me, and all the emails have been ignored. This item was ordered a month ago, his response to Paypal was that he didnt realise someone had ordered on his account. **bleep**. Now Ebay and Paypal have closed the dispute and we´re still waiting for the item. Honestly. I thought ebay and Paypal were to be trusted. How does one resolve this issue.
Ebay won't pass case to paypal, looks like you opened ebay case, then paypal one, so ebay case closes.
You have to escalate case 3 - 30 days (20 days on paypal) or it will time out in sellers favour.
NEVER believe seller excuses, escalate case ASAP.
