Buyers dont have an automtic right to cancel
If you are not sure you want it then dont buy
The seller does not have to do anything unless they are a business in the UK
If you dont pay then ebay will send reminders and if you still dont pay then they or the seller can cancel the transaction and you get a non payment strike on your account
You have two bid retractions on your account already and every time you retract or want to cancel you wreck the sellers listing and can cost them money
