Hi, I have a buyer that opened a return request for a cassette player that I listed as "For parts or does not work". In the description I also stated that even with new batteries, that it does not work. They have opened a dispute to return the item stating the below: Put in brand new batteries, tried 1st with no tape and nothing happened when using any button to engage motor. Ebay, send me an email saying that the buyer has opened the dispute as "not as described" and that I am obliged to accept the return! But i did describe it correctly. The bigger problem is that I cannot find any way to contact ebay customer service! How can I dispute this matter?
