Hi my buyer has requested to cancel an order for an item they have supposedly have not received I have checked on Hermes and it says it was delivered the prior day at 9.23 am , also a picture of a front door. The front door has six other flats I'm of course not calling my buyer out on being a liar , when it's been left at a small block of flats but I do find it odd that this request was opened the day after it was delivered and they requested to cancel the order. i have tried to contact Hermes as I would like to determine if it was physically handed over to a human , even though a picture was taken of it at the door of the flats ( doesn't mean it was left there but doesn't say it was handed over either Tried calling eBay but can only get automated ... is it possible to speak to a person nowadays ? I'm unsure what to do as if I refund I'm out of pocket if item is delivered many thanks many thanks

I was promised a refund by a seller and he never so started a dispute Now he says cancel dispute so he can refund ...but heard once you cancel a dispute you cannot claim again if he doesn't pay

Hi, I have a buyer that opened a return request for a cassette player that I listed as "For parts or does not work". In the description I also stated that even with new batteries, that it does not work. They have opened a dispute to return the item stating the below: Put in brand new batteries, tried 1st with no tape and nothing happened when using any button to engage motor. Ebay, send me an email saying that the buyer has opened the dispute as "not as described" and that I am obliged to accept the return! But i did describe it correctly. The bigger problem is that I cannot find any way to contact ebay customer service! How can I dispute this matter?

Hi, I had bid for a product and won it, The payment was done within a day and the product was supposed to be delivered by today. The seller never responded after the payment was completed and today when the product was supposed to be delivered I got a notification that the product has been shipped along with the tracking number. The provided Tracking Number is not valid when I am trying to track the package. I did try on all possible courier partners website even though I know it has been sent via DPD. Can anyone please help me with the next steps of what needs to be done? Thanks in advance

Hi I am posting this as a warning as eBay have refunded me as a one off. I sold an item and posted within the uk, but as the buyers registered address was Poland, I was charged international fees. Apparently I m supposed to check the buyers registered address, but often a buyer will make an instant payment! ebays fees are high enough but it makes it uneconomical to sell if you're charged international fees within the UK

And many cheap welder machine is available. No tracking. i bought one and when i want to cancel the seller postaged the pack. That will be fraud. More different account is available.

What do I do when the seller says they issued a refund when they didn't and I'm still waiting to receive it weeks later

£200 worth of golf irons were misdescribed. After eBay stepped in, a full refund was made. However, despite several messages sent to the seller to send a returns label (costing some £8) there is no response from them a month after the refund was made and the case was closed by eBay. I can find no info on what to do with the goods and eBay’s contact system will not let me through to receive a call. Any ideas how long before I can assume the seller has abandoned their goods?
