Hi,
I had bid for a product and won it, The payment was done within a day and the product was supposed to be delivered by today. The seller never responded after the payment was completed and today when the product was supposed to be delivered I got a notification that the product has been shipped along with the tracking number. The provided Tracking Number is not valid when I am trying to track the package. I did try on all possible courier partners website even though I know it has been sent via DPD. Can anyone please help me with the next steps of what needs to be done?

Sellers dont need to respond when you have paid you just wait for the item to arrive
You have to allow more time than it says on the estimated day of delivery as that is just an estimate and it can take a little longer
YOu can open a not received dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing in your Purchase history to get your money back.
What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing
If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description
then you can open a not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.
You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days
You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
