I purchased an item that didn't fit me. I initiated a return but the seller cancelled my request. Now there is no option to ask ebay to step in on the money back guarantee. I have contacted the seller but My messages are ignored. Any ideas wha5 I can do to return the item and get a refund?

I recieved message from Ebay team on 16,june,2021 which is as following: "Hi Saira, It looks like your rfaqk-name-of-quality-and-trust account is associated with another account, rfaqk.ltd, which is currently restricted on eBay. As a result, we’ve restricted the rfaqk-name-of-quality-and-trust account until you can resolve our concerns" Actions Taken by Me: 1) I Have made the changes suggested by Ebay Team and ocrrected all the information. 2) I have checked andd verified all the details in the Account and it is not associate with any other account. Corrective Action: In order to Avoid inconvineance, Please verify the issue again. Now it is not associated with another account, So please remove the account restriction. I order a Loki marvel funko pop the next day the seller said that the item was out of stock and suggested to change the item. I then said I wanted a refund. I've had no response so far. What should I do ?

I received feedback from a seller today that is marked as positive, but says "Would avoid this ebayer at all costs". This came about because they didn't send the package on time and only sent it after I inquired about the delay. At no point did they communicate with me during the process and so I left them a neutral feedback explaining the situation. They've then got angry at this and left the above feedback before messaging me a tirade of excuses for why it what late. I would have been happy to change my feedback if they'd explained beforehand or not written if they'd told me at any point while I was waiting for the package. I'm still willing to change the feedback because they might genuinely be having a hard time. My question is how can I go about this and removing the contradictory feeback they left me, or changing it? Thanks in advance

Can anyone tell me why I have to pay VAT on private sales within the UK? I am a private seller and as far as I am aware we are not liable for VAT on secondhand items. Why do E-bay apply this tax to all sales? Jill

Has anyone else been having problems with this? I have been trying to contact a bidder about an item she placed a bid on but each time I enter the item number and click on contact member, I am taken back to the page with all my mnessages. Ebay customer services does not provide an option for help with this matter in their help menus.

Hi can anyone help me understand adyen payments please I sold an item for £10.25 plus £3.20 post i only received £10.93 to my bank so had to take post fees out of that is this right ? Thanks

I recently listed a patio table for sale with 3 pictures of said table. The main picture on the advert showed the table outside in a decorative display setting with two chairs. The other two pics showed the table on its own and with measurements. My advert clearly states only the table is for sale with NO chairs. I wrote this in bold and caps letters to ensure people are aware before they bid. Now I have someone who paid in full and was posted the item last week. They have now recieved the item and appear furious there are no chairs included and are accusing me of being "sneaky" and decieving them. They have left me negative feedback and have sent abusive messages as well as starting a return with Ebay because they say the item is "not as described". I think this is pretty ridiculous given the blatant crystal clear advert and advert title which stipulates only the table is for sale. I have to wait until after 24th June for Ebay to step in as I dont seem to be able to contact any customer service to assist with this. Is there anything I can do currently as I feel I have sold the item in good faith and this is a case of the buyer being negligent and not actually reading the advert description.

This email is to recover payment for an item I sold. I sold a pair of my boots on eBay on 19 May, when the buyer paid me and I shipped them, but I didn't know how the eBay operating process worked, and this was my first time using it. Then after I shipped them to the buyer I didn't know how to accept the payment and the buyer didn't confirm receipt, from start to finish the £63 amount didn't go into my own personal account, resulting in the funds being returned to the buyer's account two days ago. I have emailed the seller in the hope that he will communicate with me but to no avail, so I have no choice but to ask for your help and then recover my money. I have included all the relevant screenshots to facilitate your help in recovering my money.
