Fake Apple Airpod Pros

Why is ebay not doing anything about the number of replica Apple Airpod pros on their Site. 90% are fake and are being sold as genuine.

I imagine it is either because they rely on the MBG to protect buyers and too many claims under that will see the end of the seller, or because they rely on members using the report function on the listing.

Used the report button 3 times on the same person. 15 Minutes later they pop back up for sale
